The University of Calicut or Calicut University was founded in 1981. It is a government university also known as the Institute of Correspondence Courses and Counting Education. Calicut University Distance Education offers a huge range of regular Doctoral, PG, and UG level courses, apart from this the university also offers multiple UG and PG programs through distance education mode.

Eligibility Criteria of University of Calicut
Bachelor of Arts- Applicants must have at least
Intermediate from of Kerala State Board or from any recognized board
Bachelor of Commerce - Applicants must have to clear
Intermediate graduate with Commerce subject from HSE or Kerala State Board from
any recognized board with 45% aggregate marks
For OBC/ OEC applicants there is a 5% relaxation
BBA- Applicants must have to clear Intermediate graduate
from HSE or Kerala State Board from any recognized board with 50% aggregate
marks
For OBC/ OEC applicants there is a 5% relaxation
B. Sc- Applicants must have Intermediate with Mathematics
from HSE of Kerala State Board from the recognized board
MA- Applicants should have Bachelor’s degree from a
recognized board in a relevant subject with 45% marks
For reserved category applicants, there is a 5%
concession
M. Com - Applicants must have BBA/ B. Com/ BBM degree
with at least 45% marks
For reserved category applicants, there is a 5%
concession
M. Sc- Applicants must have B.Sc in Mathematics with 50%
aggregate marks
For reserved category applicants, there is a 5%
concession

Transfer Certificate
12th Mark sheet or certificate
Chalan receipt of the matriculation fee of Rupees 65 and
Rupees 15 towards the fee of the application form for matriculation
Self-attested copy of SSLC book
Chalan receipt towards tuition fee, Admission fee
Caste certificate (if applicable)
Self-attested 2 copies of the intermediate mark sheet
Degree certificate

Step 1: Visit
the University of Calicut's official website of the School of Distance
Education
Step 2: Go
to the Online Registration link or button and then select the appropriate link.
Step 3: Sign
up with your details such as E-mail ID, Aadhaar Number, Mobile Number, name,
etc.
Step 4: Choose
the respective course and then fill in your details in the application form.
Make sure to enter the correct details because you cannot modify any details
once filled but your details can be modified until the final submission.
Step 5: After
the successful completion of the application form, applicants also need to
upload their photograph and signature in JPEG format and then click on the
submit button.
Step 6: After
this, you will be then redirected to the payment page where you need to submit
your fees.
